Some of these parameters also affect MIDI file import: The
Sound will be used when importing a multi-channel MIDI file to its Group, while the
Root Note
parameter will be used when importing a single-channel MIDI file to the

If MASCHINE is running as a plug-in in a host and you have configured your Scenes to
be triggered via MIDI notes, the Scene trigger has priority over any Sound trigger set to
the same MIDI channel. To configure MIDI control for Scenes, please refer to section

You can also easily configure the MIDI note input of your Sounds and Groups in MASCHINE's
Mixer:

Click the Mix View button on the left of the Arranger to switch from Arrange view to Mix
view:
