Adjusting Hardware Preferences Using the Controller
You can access the Hardware preferences directly from the controller. The options found here
are a replica of those found in the software.
To access the Hardware preferences:
1.
Press
SETTINGS
to display the Settings page.
2.
Press Button 4 (HARDWARE) to access the hardware settings.
▪ Turn Knob 1 (SENSITIVITY) to adjust the pad sensitivity.
▪ Turn Knob 2 (SCALING) to adjust the Velocity Scaling.
▪ Turn Knob 3 (BRIGHTNESS) to adjust the LED brightness.
▪ Turn Knob 4 (BRIGHTNESS) to adjust the Display brightness.
▪ Turn Knob 5 (MAIN) to route the Line Out L/R to the Phones output.
Description
Use the
Touch Auto-write
Touch Auto-write option.
Touch Auto-write
can be very useful if you want to re-record
modulation for a parameter, at a constant value. With
Auto-write
enabled, you only need to keep a finger on a
parameter Knob (1–8): The current modulation value is
recorded as long as you touch the Knob, automatically replacing
any old modulation events at the position in the Pattern. For

Use this checkbox to route the Line Out L/R to the Phones
output. This allows you to listen to the same audio output
channel via the line output and headphone output
simultaneously, for example, use this if you want to listen to the
MASCHINE software's main out via speakers and listen to the
main out via headphones.
