ENGINE REMOVAL
Drain the engine oil (page 3-12).
He move the following:
radiator (page 6-8)
radiator reserve tank (page 6-11)
exhaust system (page 2-7)
-carburetor (page 5-15)
pulse secondary air injection (PAIR) control valve
(page 5-39)
- EVAP canister (California only; page 5-39)
-direct ignition coil connectors.
Remove the two bolts and radiator stay.
Remove the cable holder bolt and disconnect the
clutch cable from the clutch arm.
Remove the two bolts and thermostat housing.
Remove the 0-ring.
