CARBURETOR DISASSEMBLY
I
INSPECTION
AIR FUNNEL
Remove the following:
-four screws
-funnel holder
-airfunnel
-0-ring.
STARTING ENRICHMENT (SE) VAL VE
Remove the following:
-valve nut
-valve spring
-SE valve.
Check the SE valve for scoring, scratches or wear.
Check the seat at the tip of the SE valve for stepped
wear.
AIR CUT-OFF VAL VE
Disconnect the vacuum tube from the vacuum pipe.
Remove the attaching screw and the air cut-off
valve.
Remove the 0-rings and joint pipe.
