ASSEMBLY BOLT
Coat new piston and dust seals with clean brake flu-
id and install them in the seal grooves in the caliper.
Coat the caliper pistons with clean brake fluid and
install them into the caliper cylinders with the open-
ing toward the pads.
Install a new joint seal into the fluid passage
groove in the caliper body.
Assemble the caliper body halves.
Apply locking agent to the caliper assembly bolt
threads.
Install and tighten the assembly bolts.
TORQUE :
23 N-m (2.3 kgf·m, 17 I bf.ft)
15-19
