INSPECTION
INSPECT lAC VALVE OPERATION
Check that the lAC valve is half opened.
(a)

Connect the lAC valve connector to the lAC valve.
(b)
Disconnect the ECT sensor connector from the ECT sen-
(c)
sor.
Turn the ignition switch ON.
(d)
Check that the lAC valve moves.
(e)
H IN T:
Repeat connecting and disconnecting of lAC valve connector
several times and check the operation of the valve.
II operation is not as specified, replace the lAC valve.
Turn the ignition switch OFF .
(f)
Connect the ECT sensor connector to the ECT sensor.
(g)
Disconnect the lAC valve connector from the lAC valve.
