REMOVAL
NOTICE:
Do not open the cover or the case of the ECU and various
electrical devices unless absolutely necessary.
(If the IC terminals are touched, the IC may be destroyed by
static electricity.)

1 . REMOVE LOWER FINISH PANEL
2. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 PANEL
REMOVE FINISH PANEL

REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE COVER

5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX HOLE COVER
REMOVE CONSOLE BOX
6.
REMOVE END FINISH PANEL LH
7.
REMOVE END FINISH PANEL RH
8.
REMOVE AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY
9.
Disconnect the alrbag sensor connectors.

NOTICE:
Disconnect the connectors with the airbag sensor assem­
bly installed.
Using a torx wrench, remove the 3 screws and airbag sen­

sor assembly.
Torx wrench: T40 (Part No.09042-00020 or locally
manufactured tool)
