Field descriptions
The date the command was issued (mm/dd)
Date
The time the command was issued (hh:mm)
Time
The port field indicates the port type to which the user was connected
Port
when the command was issued. If the "CTA/PSA/TTI Transactions in
History Log" field is enabled on the Feature-Related System
Parameters screen, TTI, PSA, CTA and ACTR moves are recorded.
These transactions appear as two separate records; one recording the
moved-from port, and the other one recording the moved-to port. IP
phone registrations are also recorded.

Login
The action part of the command, specifying the operation to be

performed. This field is truncated after 4 characters to allow enough
space for objects and qualifiers and to uniquely identify each action.
The qualifier (12 characters) specifying the object of the command.
Object
Where the object is multiple words in length, only the first word is
displayed in the object field. All succeeding words are treated as
qualifiers.
One or more qualifiers describing the characteristics of the
Qualifier
action/object pair. This field is truncated after 31 characters to keep
information for a command on a single line.
