ADC Dither State
Turn the ADC dither on or off. The "ADC dither" function refers to the introduction of noise to the
digitized steps of the analog-to-digital converter, to improve amplitude accuracy.
This is an advanced control that normally does not need to be changed.

This only applies to the RF input. It does not apply to baseband I/Q input.
