Sets the filter alpha for the DIF filter. This feature is only available with PXA or when Option B40 is
installed.

INSTrument:SELect to set the mode.
This feature is only available with PXA or when Option B40 is installed.
Sets the same value as the current Digital IF BW value upon a preset or when
Channel Filter Bandwidth Auto is ON.
