Setting up the Monitor Display Modes

About this task
You can configure the monitor from the XT Endpoint endpoint or web interface by:
• Setting its resolution
• Configuring the system to work with a single monitor or two monitors side-by-side.
• Modify the default video layout to define whether the user sees two or three video streams on the
monitor(s): local video, remote video, and a data presentation.

Important:
If your monitor crops the edges of the image shown in their displays, adjust it as described in
Resolving Monitor Display Problems
Important:
You can return to the Default Auto settings at any time by pressing the Layouts
the XT Remote Control Unit.
Before you begin
If configuring from the endpoint, you must first enable advanced configuration, as described in
Maintaining the XT Endpoint Locally from the Endpoint
Procedure
1. Access the monitor settings:
