3. Start retrieving logs by selecting Start Netlog.
4. Reproduce the problem you want to report to customer support.
5. Stop retrieving logs by selecting Stop Netlog.
6. Access the logs as follows:

a. Select Download NetLog captured files.
The NetLog page appears.
b. Enter the username and password.
The default credentials are:
• Username - CustomerSupport
• Password - 5678
c. Select the NetLog file to download it to your computer.
