Cannot dial out or connect to an outgoing SIP or H.323 video call.
Verify you dialed the correct number or address.
Recheck the Network Configuration, Network Preferences and H.323/SIP Proxy settings,

Cannot receive a SIP or H.323 video call.
Verify the number/address used to connect to you is correct.

Make sure the Do Not Disturb (DND) function is not enabled. DND is indicated by the
icon in the top bar on the menu screens.
Cannot connect to a videoconference.
Check you dialed the correct conference number.
