The system does not make calls due to a network error.
The network is based on IPv6 and the endpoint is configured to support only IPv4.
Enable the endpoint to support IPv6.
If configuring from the endpoint, you must first enable advanced configuration, as described
in
Maintaining the XT Endpoint Locally from the Endpoint

Access the general network settings, as follows:
• From the XT Endpoint web interface, select Administrator settings > Networks >
Preferences > General.
• From the endpoint's main menu, select Configure > Advanced > Networks >
Preferences > General.

Set the Use IPv6 field to Yes.

From the web interface only, select Save.
I cannot send a presentation from my PC.
Make sure the VGA/DVI cable is properly connected between the PC and the XT Codec Unit,
as described in Installation Guide for Scopia XT Endpoint for IP Office.
Make sure the resolution of the PC output is supported by the XT Codec Unit (see User
Guide for Scopia XT Endpoint for IP Office).
