Managing Communications

The followng functons are used to manage communcaton:

Journal Report


You can prnt the communcaton status for 100 communcatons ncludng the lat-
est transmsson and recepton.
Ths machne memorzes the communcaton management records of 100 commu-
ncatons ncludng the latest transmsson and recepton, and automatcally erases
the oldest communcatons.
"Fax Transmit Journal"
Prnt the transmsson records of the last 100 communcatons.
"Fax Receive Journal"
Prnt the recepton records of the last 100 communcatons.
"Mail Transmit Journal"
Prnt the e-mal transmsson records of the last 100 communcatons.
"Mail Receive Journal"
Prnt the e-mal recepton records of the last 100 communcatons.
In case of the auto prnt set, when the total of the latest transmssons and recep-
tons reaches 100 communcatons, the Journal reports are prnted automatcally.
Transmission confirmation report (See page 4-21.)

• You can prnt or send the transmsson confirmaton report to confirm the trans-
msson results per transmsson. (See page 4-21)
• You can swtch whether or not to automatcally prnt ths report per communca-
ton as well (page 9-7).
Communication history display (See page 4-32.)

You can check the communcaton hstory for the last 75 communcatons on the
screen, and also prnt the communcaton result per communcaton.


You can prnt the command lst.
Printing command documents (See page 4-30.)

You can prnt documents from the machne's memory, such as delayed transms-
sons.
