Mail settings
You can customze the mal settngs to match your needs.
NOTE
You can also change the scanner settngs usng a web browser.
For detals, see Chapter 4, "Usng the Admn Tools," n the PC User's Guide.

Accessing the mail settings

Press <Settng>

Press [Mal Settngs]

Press [I-Fax] or [e-mal] to set the ndvdual Internet fax and e-mal settngs.
Set or change the selected tems.
For detals on each settng, refer to the followng table:

When you are finshed, press <Reset> to return to the standby mode.

Fle Format Select the default file format for scannng.
Batch Scan When you set t to OFF, you can dvde the scanned docu-
ments nto page unts and send them as separate e-mals.
