Setting the transmission confirmation report

Your machne can prnt a transmt confirmaton report (TCR) after sendng a fax or
nternet fax to any Group 3 fax machne.
The TCR lsts the followng nformaton for each communcaton:
• Date and tme of the TCR's prntout
• Destnaton to send (fax or nternet fax)
• Resoluton mode
• Startng date and tme
• Number of pages
• Sendng results (of fax/nternet fax)
• Any specal operatons — For example, "BrdCast" wll appear when you per-
form a broadcast transmsson.
• Sample of the document — An reduced mage of the first page of the docu-
ment wll appear.
To activate the transmission confirmation report:

Press <Settng>, [Fax Settngs], [Default Settngs], [Tx Report].

Press [Tx Report Settngs].
