If you want to add ths destnaton to a call group:
(You can add ether the fax number, e-mal address or both to a call group.)
• Call groups must be regstered n advance. (For detals on regsterng call
groups, see page 3-23.)
• Up to 100 groups can be regstered.
• If you want to regster ths destnaton to a call group n your personal
address book, press [Personal]. Then follow the nstructons that appear on
the screen.
(1) Press [Group].
(2) Select the applcable group(s).
(3) Press [Enter].

If you want to enter the e-mal address:
(1) Press [e-mal].
(2) Enter the e-mal address.
You must regster ether the fax number or e-mal address.
• Up to 50 characters can be entered.
• For detals on character entry, see page 1-21.
(3) Press [Enter].
