• You can specfy usng the numerc keys, the address book, the call group.
• You can regster multple destnatons. (up to 1003 destnatons: 1000 address
book numbers and 3 specfied usng the numerc keys)
• Press [Locaton] to revew or delete the specfied destnatons. (See page 4-24.)

You can set the followng three settngs.
 Individual settings
(1) Press [Indvdual].
(2) Press [ON] to forward faxes usng these transfer rules.
(3) Press [Enter].
NOTE
The default settng s "ON". However, even f "ON" s selected for the ndvdual set-
tng, faxes wll not be forwarded untl the overall fax forwardng s set to "ON". (See
"Turnng fax forwardng ON or OFF" on page 5-42.)
