Batch transmission

Batch transmsson allows you to store multple documents n an electronc "basket"
throughout the day and then fax that entre basket to one destnaton.
To do ths, just tell the machne when and where the transmsson should go. When
that date and tme arrves, your machne wll transmt each document n the batch
box to the remote fax machne. You can store up to 40 documents (each document
can nclude one or more pages) nto your machne's five electronc batch boxes.
Registering a batch box
Before sendng a batch transmsson, you have to regster batch boxes n your
machne.

Press <Settng>.

Press [Fax Settngs], [Batch Tx Box], [Enter/Edt].

Select the batch transmsson box you want to regster.

Specfy the destnaton usng the numerc keys or the address book.
NOTE
• Only one destnaton can be set for each box.
• Press [Locaton] to revew or delete a destnaton that has been specfied. (See
page 4-24)

Then press [Enter].
