Press [Yes] to delete the stored document.
Erasing an empty batch box
Batch boxes must be empty n order to be erased. If a box has documents stored n
t, you must delete those before proceedng. (See "Deletng a document stored n a
batch box" on page 5-12.)
To erase an empty batch box:

Press <Settng>, [Fax Settngs], [Batch Tx Box], [Delete].

Press the batch transmsson box you want to delete.

When the confirmaton message appears, press [Yes] to delete.
