Reviewing or changing your selected destinations

If you have entered multple destnatons, you can revew, cancel or change the
broadcast status of the destnatons.
NOTE
Ths functon s only avalable pror to scannng the document.

After the destnatons have been entered, press [Locaton].

Press [Page Up] or [Page Down] and revew all the entered e-mal and folder
destnatons.

Every tme you press [To], the status changes from [To] to [Cc], then [Bcc] n
that order. Press the key untl t changes to your desred status.
Pressng [Sort] wll sort the e-mal destnatons n [To], [Cc] and [Bcc] order.

To delete e-mal or folder destnatons, select the destnatons to delete and
press [Delete].

Press [Enter] to return to the screen on step 1.
