Archive Settings

NOTE
When you set "Archve Settngs" to ON, the followng transmssons wll be ds-
abled:
• Non-memory transmssons
• Transmssons usng the [Montor] key or an optonal handset
• F-code securty receptons
• F-code bulletn box receptons
Pollng communcatons wll not be archved.
NOTE
If the machne fals to archve, a "Check Message" report wll prnt and ndcate
that the transmsson faled. You may want to nform users that f ths report prnts
t does not mean that the transmsson faled, t smply means ths functon s ON.

Press <Settng> on the control panel.

Press [Management].

Press [Network Settngs].
NOTE
If a network settngs code (see page 9-89) has been set, you must enter the proper
passcode usng the numerc keys and press [Enter].

Press [Next], then [Archve Settngs].
