To edit the settings of a batch transmission box you have registered....
Select the box you want to edt, and then edt the contents by overwrtng or delet-
ng the exstng nformaton n each step.
NOTE
To prnt a lst of batch boxes, press <Settng>, [Lst], [Other Lsts], [Batch Tx Box],
then [Yes]. (See page 10-3.)

Storing a document for batch transmission

Your machne can store up to 40 documents (each document can nclude one page
or many pages). Once the batch documents are transmtted, they are automatcally
erased from the batch box.
NOTE
Durng transmsson, a batch number for each document n the specfied batch
transmsson box wll be dsplayed. We recommend you should make a record of
these batch numbers, whch wll control the documents and are requred for revew-
ng and deletng documents.
To store a document n a batch box for batch transmsson:

Set the document.

Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.

Press [Others].

Press [Batch Tx].

Select the batch transmsson box.

Press [Yes].
