Using a registered template
You can select a regstered template to smplfy the entry process. You can regster
up to ten templates.
NOTE
The template should be regstered n advance. (See Chapter 4, "Usng the Admn
Tools," n the PC User's Guide for nstructon.)

Set the document.

Press <Fax> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.

Press [Others], then [Next].

Press [e-mal Subject].

Press [Template].

Select the desred template.
If the desred template s not shown on the dsplay, press [Page Up] or [Page
Down] to go to the next page.

Press [Enter].

If you want to edt the subject or the text message, select ether [Subject] or
[Mal Text] and edt t.

Specfy the destnaton(s).

Press <Start>.
