Posting documents to the bulletin board
Bulletn Board s a functon that makes t possble to share nformaton among reg-
stered users. Any regstered OfficeDrector users can vew the scanned documents
wth a board vewng perod set.
NOTE
• In order to use the "Scan to bulletn board" functon, you need to be regstered as
an OfficeDrector user. For more nformaton about OfficeDrector user regstra-
ton, see Chapter 4, "Usng the Admn Tools," n the PC User's Guide.
• Scan to bulletn board supports monochrome only.
• If your user name and password for OfficeDrector and the network authentca-
ton are the same, and you have logged n to the machne usng the authentca-
ton functon, ths operaton to logn the OfficeDrector can be skpped.
