Print Server Data
Forced printing of received documents
In case you are unable to read receved documents on your computer because
OfficeDrector s not accessble, and the receved documents are not set to prntout
usng "Receved fax forwardng settng" (see Chapter 4, "Usng the Admn Tools," n
the PC User's Guide), the receved document can be forced to prnt by followng ths
procedure from the machne's control panel.

Press <Settng> on the control panel.

Press [Management].

Press [Network Settngs].
NOTE
If a network settngs code (see page 9-89) has been set, you must enter the proper
passcode usng the numerc keys and press [Enter].

Press [Next], then [Prnt Server Data].
NOTE
If a protecton passcode (see page 9-88) has been set, you must enter the proper
passcode usng the numerc keys and press [Enter].

Press [Yes].
The machne wll prnt all of the documents that were receved nto memory.
