Functon Descrpton
Network You can configure the network settngs to use your machne
Settngs on a TCP/IP network.
Soft Key You can change the "Soft keys" dsplayed n the standby
mode.
Auto Reset Ths sets the perod of tme before the copy/fax/scanner
Tme dsplay returns to the standby mode.

Fax screen
When the machne does not operate for a set perod of
tme after faxng, the selected settngs are reset (returned
to ther orgnal values). You can set the reset tme.
Sound Set- You can set the varous sounds.

You can adjust the volume of the varous sounds emtted by
the machne.
Key Touch Tone
You can change the tone emtted when pressng the buttons.
Dfferent tones can be set for fax, copy and scanner.
Fax Ringer
You can set the rnger for fax recepton even f the optonal
handset s not used.
Complete beep
You can confirm when each operaton (copy, fax, e-mal, scan
etc.) s completed by sound.

• Transmsson Complete When a fax/an nternet fax/a scan
for a set perod of tme after copyng or
