NOTE
If you cannot find your desred contact(s), please confirm that the search crtera
was entered correctly. If ths does not solve the problem, contact your network
admnstrator.

Advanced search

You can add more crtera to your search by selectng [Advanced].
NOTE
Advance search uses data n the LDAP server only. The address book s not
searched.

Press [Advanced] on the smple search screen.

Enter your search crtera. Select [AND] or [OR]. Refer to the table below for
defintons.
AND .......... Searches for contacts that meet all the entered crtera.
OR ............. Searches for contacts that meet any of the entered crtera.
Name ........ Enter a name or a part of a name to be searched.
Fax ............ Enter a fax number or a part of a fax number to be searched.
e-mal ........ Enter part of the e-mal address to be searched.
Dept. .......... Ths means department. It s not an ndependent field. To use ths

• If you are enterng the e-mal field, you may select [Copy Name]. Ths wll mport
nformaton that has been entered n the "Name" field.
