The address book

You can regster up to 1000 frequently used destnatons nto the address book.
Each destnaton can contan a fax number up to 40 dgts, an e-mal address up to
50 characters, and the destnaton name up to 30 characters. You can also add these
destnatons nto a group.
The machne provdes the "Shared address book" and "Personal address book".
The "Shared address book" can be used by all users of the machne, and the "Per-
sonal address book" s a prvate address book for the currently logged-n user only.
To use the personal address book, you need the OfficeDrector user settng. For
detals on the settng, see "User Regstraton" n Chapter 4, "Usng the Admn
Tools," n the PC User's Guide.
NOTE
• The combned total of destnatons between the shared and personal Address s
1000. The choce of how many destnatons for each address book s at the dscre-
ton of the user. For example, when regsterng 1000 destnatons n an address
book, you cannot regster any destnaton n the other address books.

rzed Océ dealer for memory upgrade.

The address book display

When you press the "All" tab n the address book dsplay, all the regstered destna-
tons wll be dsplayed. Press the "Fax" tab to show only the fax numbers that have
been regstered and the "e-mal" tab to show only the e-mal addresses that have
been regstered.
The dsplayed soft keys change dependng on the tab you select (The order of ds-
played keys after pressng [Others] also changes, but the tem descrpton reman
the same.)
