Journal Report
Just as a checkbook records your daly financal transactons, your machne keeps
an actvty journal whch records the 100 most recent fax, nternet fax and scan to
e-mal transactons. The actvty journal lsts the followng nformaton for each
transacton:
• Assgned number, startng each day at 001 (fax only)
• Remote locaton called
• Resoluton mode (fax only)
• Startng date and tme
• Duraton, n mnutes and seconds (fax only)
• Number of pages (fax only)
• User name (See page 8-8.)
• Result of the call — If preceded by an astersk (*), ths sgnfies an ECM com-
muncaton. If preceded by a pound (#), ths sgnfies communcaton was va
a hghspeed V.34 modem.
• Any specal operatons (fax only) — For example, "Manual" wll appear f you
made a fax call usng an external telephone.
Setting the Journal Report
Your machne wll prnt a journal report automatcally after 100 transactons.
NOTE
The machne wll prnt ether [Tx Report] and [Rx Report] automatcally.

Press <Settng>, [Management], [Auto Prnt Journal].

Select "ON" and press [Enter].
