Your machne can store a cover page and send t pror to each outgong fax.
The default settng s OFF.

(Enter your message)
* When you drectly enter the destnaton's fax number and/or e-mal address, only
the fax number or e-mal address wll be prnted. When you specfy the destna-
ton from the address book, the name, fax number or e-mal address regstered n
the address book wll be prnted.
NOTE
• Cover page format for PC-Fax, Internet fax, and scan to e-mal s dfferent. For
detals, see Chapter 5, "Usng the Utlty Programs," n the PC User's Guide.
Turning the cover page on

Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.

Press [Others].

Press [Cover Page].
• [ON] and [OFF] toggle every tme you press [Cover Page].

Press [Enter].
Now the cover page feature s workng but your message lne s blank. To enter
a message, see "Enterng the cover page message" on the next page.
The usual TTI and the fax number you have entered n the Intal settngs
(pages 1-23 to 1-30) and the e-mal address assgned to your machne wll be
pre-populated n the cover page automatcally.
NOTE
• For detals on assgnng an e-mal address to your machne, see Chapter 4, "Usng
the Admn Tools," n the PC User's Guide.
• You can change the default settng for [Cover Page]. See "Accessng the default
fax settngs" on page 9-6.
