ton! Up to 300 folder shortcuts can be regstered on the machne that allow you to
preprogram locatons for one-touch delvery or you can browse your network from
the machnes touchscreen, a process that mrrors a Wndows Explorer file search.

Ths machne feature one of the most powerful scan to e-mal systems on the mar-
ket. Each e-mal transmsson can contan a custom file name (document name),
e-mal subject lne and text message to prevent the recpent from confusng the
document as spam. These data fields can be enterng usng ether the ntutve
QWERTY keypad or through pre-regstered templates. (See page 6-20.)
The machnes also support Wndows Network Authentcaton (ncludng Kerberos
encrypton) whch wll pre-populate the "From:" field wth the users Actve Drec-
tory e-mal address, whle at the same tme establshng user accountablty.
