Call group dialing

If you frequently send the same fax/e-mal message to several destnatons, use call
group dalng. Call groups can store several destnatons, so you can quckly broad-
cast to multple destnatons by usng ths feature.

Registering or editing a call group

Your machne can store up to 100 call groups.
The combned total of call groups between the shared and personal s 100.
If you need to regster more than 100 groups, please contact your authorzed Océ
dealer for memory upgrade.
NOTE
The followng descrbes regsterng or edtng a call group for shared address book.
To regster or edt a call group for a personal address book, see "Personal settngs,"
on page 9-95.

Press <Settng>, [Group].

Press [Add].

(1) Enter the group name.
The group name must be regstered.
• Up to 24 characters can be entered.
• For detals on character entry, see page 1-21.
(2) Press [Enter].
