Select the address book number you want to regster usng [
select [Yes].
Unregstered numbers are dsplayed first. If you select an address book number
that has already been regstered, the fax number wll be overwrtten wth the
new number.

Follow steps 5 to 12 on pages 3-5 to 3-7.
Option 3: Registering an e-mail address using the QWERTY keypad

Press <FAX>, then "e-mal" tab.

Press <SCAN>, [e-mal].
NOTE
In the upper rght corner of the standby screen, you wll see "Shared" or "Personal".
Ths ndcates the currently dsplayed address book s shared or personal.
A destnaton wll be regstered nto the dsplayed address book.
To dsplay the personal address book, you need to logn as an OfficeDrector user.

Press [Mal Address].

Use the QWERTY keypad to enter the destnaton's e-mal address.

Press [Regster].
