Performing a batch transmission while using the PIN mask
If you select ether Mode 1 or Mode 2 and use Batch Transmsson (See page 5-8),
you must store the PIN access code for the remote machne wthn the approprate
batch box.

Follow the steps for regsterng or edtng a batch box. (See page 5-8)
The dsplay wll ask for the fax number.

Use the numerc keys to enter the fax number for the batch transmsson.
NOTE
When usng Mode 2, you cannot specfy the destnaton usng the address book.
Even f the number you want to regster n the batch transmsson has been regs-
tered n the address book, use the numerc keys to enter the destnaton accordng
to the procedure.
When usng Mode 1, f the destnaton was specfied usng the address book, pro-
ceed to step 4.

Enter < > ("star") and enter the PIN number.

Press [Enter] to save the settng.
Now you can perform a batch transmsson wth the PIN maskng feature
actvated.
Press <Reset> to return to the standby mode.
