Batch scanning
When the "Batch Scan" functon s on, t means that all scanned pages wll be saved
as one file. If you turn ths functon off, each scanned page wll be saved as an nd-
vdual file. Here s how:

Press <SCAN> on the control panel.

Press [e-mal], [Folder], [FTP], [User], or [Bulletn Board].

Press [Others].

Press [Batch Scan].
5
Press [OFF].

Press [Enter].
NOTE
If you are scannng color documents and select [JPEG] as the file format, batch
scannng wll not be possble even though the batch scan settng s ON. Each
scanned page wll be saved as an ndvdual JPEG. If you select batch scan when
sendng documents to an e-mal address, all of the scanned pages wll appear as
ndvdual files but they wll be sent n one e-mal.
