Broadcasting
Usng ths key, you can smultaneously send documents to multple destnatons.
NOTE
Broadcastng s avalable for e-mal, Folders, Users and Bulletn board, or for FTP
servers. You cannot broadcast a document to an FTP server and other destnatons
(e-mal, Folders, Users and Bulletn board) together.
One broadcast can handle all 1000 Address Book entres as well as 30 manually
entered locatons, 5 folders, 50 users, 1 bulletn board. An FTP broadcast can handle
up to 5 FTP servers.

Set the document.

Press <SCAN> on the control panel.

Press [e-mal], [Folder], [User], or [FTP].

Press [Others].

Press [Broadcast] and toggle the swtch to [ON].

Press [Enter].

If you select a destnaton from the address book or a folder/FTP shortcut, that
locaton wll be hghlghted on the dsplay.

To revew or cancel a destnaton(s), press [Locaton]. If you want to cancel a
destnaton(s), select the destnaton(s) you want to remove and press [Delete].

When all the desred destnatons are selected, press <Start>.
