Using [Group]
If you regularly send the same document to multple partes, you can utlze the
group functon to automatcally select these users.

Set the document.

Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.

Press <SCAN>, [e-mal].

Press [Index].

Press [Group].

Select the desred group(s).
You can even choose [Non Group Members] to select a destnaton that s not
assocated wth a group.

Press [Enter].
