Changng the file name and format when scannng has never been easer. You can
name each file pror to scannng usng an ntutve QWERTY keypad, makng file
retreval easy. You may also change the file format (TIFF/PDF/JPEG) n the scan
menu, nsurng that each scan meets your archvng/retreval requrements.

You can easly track machne usage and restrct machne access by actvatng the
"User Access /Cost Accountng" feature. Once actvated, the machne wll requre to
logn as an OfficeDrector user pror to access. A monetary cost can also be assgned
to each job, makng nteroffice bllng a snap.
