Network authentication

When the "Authentcaton mode" feature s actvated, you wll be requred to
authentcate yourself usng your doman user name and password pror to access-
ng the machne functons. (For detals, see "Network authentcaton settngs" on
page 9-49.)
OfficeDirector user login
• When the "User Access/Cost Account" functon s actvated, you wll be requred
to logn as an OfficeDrector user pror to accessng the mode that managed
by the "User Access/Cost Account" functon. (For detals, see "User Access/Cost
Accountng" on page 8-8.)
• When the "User Logn Settng" feature s actvated, you wll be requred to logn
as an OfficeDrector user pror to accessng the machne functons. (For detals,
see "User Logn Settng" on page 9-27.)
To logn to the machne as an OfficeDrector user:
(1) Select your user name.
(2) Enter your password and press [Enter].
If you have not set a password, press [Enter] wthout enterng any character.
NOTE
If the user name and password s the same for both network authentcaton and OfficeDrec-
tor, the logn procedure for network authentcaton wll be skpped. When user has performed
the network authentcaton first, the OfficeDrector logn procedure wll be skpped.
