Personal settings

You can customze the followng settngs for your personal use.
The personal settng wll be reflected when you logn to the machne as an OfficeD-
rector user.
• Address book
• Call group
• Folder shortcut
• Soft key
• Transmsson confirmaton report (Tx Report)
• Default dsplay of the addresses book and folder shortcut
• Lsts
To customze the settngs for each user:

Press <Settng> on the control panel.

Press [Personal Settngs].

Logn to OfficeDrector.
NOTE
If you are already logged-n as an OfficeDrector user, the logn screen wll not
appear.
(1) Select your user name.
