Checking for new e-mail in real-time
There are two methods for recevng nternet faxes usng POP, as descrbed below.
1. At specfied tme ntervals
2. On demand (real-tme)
If you receve only a few documents each day, or you want to check the recepton
mmedately, use the real-tme method.
Ths manual descrbes the real-tme method only. For more nformaton about
settng the specfied tme ntervals, see "E-mal settng" n Chapter 4, "Usng the
Admn Tools," n the PC User's Guide.

Press <Fax>.

Press "All" or "e-mal" tab.

Press [Others], [Next], [Check Mal].

NOTE
If you have set "Receved Fax Forwardng" n "Admn Tools" of the OfficeDrector n
advance, you can vew the receved fax and e-mal by usng the browser.
