boxes. Ths nsures that documents are only vewed by authorzed personnel.

Scan documents nto batch transmsson storage boxes and schedule the trans-
msson tme for off-peak hours, both reducng operatng costs and allowng the
machne to be avalable durng peak busness hours.

Fax Forwarding

Skppng town? Smply turn on the fax forwardng feature and have all nbound
documents routed to a remote fax number. (See page 5-42.) Usng a web browser,
you can set up an advanced forwardng system. (See Chapter 4, "Usng the Admn
Tools," n the PC User's Guide.)
Transmission Confirmation Report (See page 4-21)
Automatcally generate a transmsson confirmaton report to confirm whether or
not your fax document reached the remote machne successfully.
