Adding a text message to your e-mail (e-mail subject)
When you send a document to an e-mal address, the followng fixed subject and
text are entered automatcally.
Subject: This is an E-mail message.
Text:
However you can change the e-mal subject lne and text for each transmsson.
Editing the subject line and text message

Set the document.

Press <Fax>, and then press "e-mal" tab.

Press [Others], then [Next].

Press [e-mal Subject].

Press [Subject].

Enter the subject. The subject can contan up to 80 characters.

Press [Enter].
