By regsterng advanced communcatons n a program one-touch, you can perform
a mult-step operaton by smply pressng one key.
You can regster the followng functons:
• Delayed transmsson
• Pollng
• F-code pollng
• F-code transmsson
Delayed transmssons can be combned wth any of the other three operatons.
Registering or editing a program one-touch
Ths descrbes the procedure for regsterng a fax number or advanced communca-
ton nto a programmable one-touch. You can edt the number or name by overwrt-
ng or deletng the exstng nformaton n each step.

Press <Settng>, [Fax Settngs], [Program One-Touch], [Enter/Edt].

Press the program one-touch number you want to regster or edt.

Specfy the destnaton. You can specfy multple destnatons.
• Press [Dalng Optons], then enter the number usng the numerc keys.

• Specfy the destnaton usng the address book.
– or –
• Press [Address Book], then specfy the address book number.
– or –
• Press [Group Tx], then specfy a group.
