Entering the cover page message
Up to 120 characters can be entered for the message.
When you enter over 60 characters, the lne wll be automatcally moved to the next
lne. You can also nsert up to 2 addtonal lne breaks. 1 lne break s counted as 2
characters. That means the number of characters you can enter wll be up to 116
when you nsert 2 lne breaks.

Press <Settng>.

Press [Fax Settngs].

Press [Cover Page].

Enter the cover page message.
NOTE
You can check the entered text by pressng [VewText]. You cannot edt the text n
ths dsplay. To return to the text edtng dsplay, press [Enter].

After you entered the cover page message, press [Enter].
Printing the cover page
To confirm that the cover page s set correctly, prnt a sample cover page from your
machne. Press <Settng>, [Lst], [Other Lsts], [Cover Page], then [Yes].
