In some cases, receved e-mal cannot be prnted correctly due to the

Check any of the optons below:
• Return error notice to author:
Returns an error notce to the author
• Return mail to author:
Returns the orgnal e-mal to the author.
• Forward mail to others:
Forwards the e-mal to another e-mal address wthout returnng t to
the author. You can set just one e-mal address n whch to forward mal
that cannot be analyzed. The forwardng e-mal address can contan up
to 50 characters.
Request recept
Select whether to request the recever for delvery check or readng check
verficaton when
when sendng e-mal.

• Delivery Status Notification (DSN) from receiving server:
Requests a delvery confirmaton.
• Message Disposition Notification (MDN) showing that recipient
read the mail:
Requests a read recept.
• Request both reception notifications:
Requests both a delvery confirmaton and a read recept.
• Do not request either notifications:
The delvery notficaton and read recept wll not be requested.
NOTE
Some mal servers and e-mal recepton software wll not respond to these
requests..

Select whether to return a MDN (Message Dsposton Notficaton) when
requestng MDN
the receved e-mal requests an MDN.
• Do not send MDN

Not reply a MDN.
• Send MDN
Reply a MDN.
[Specify MDN Recipients]
Set ths to reply to MDN only from specfic e-mal addresses or doman
names. Clck the [Specfy MDN Recpents], then regster e-mal
addresses or doman names. Up to five can be regstered.
NOTE
If you check "Send MDN", but do not set the "Specfy MDN Recpents",
MDN reples are sent to all e-mal requestng them.
