Making a phone call

Besdes enterng the destnaton drectly, you can smply search the destnaton
name regstered n the address book to make a phone call. There are varous
searchng methods, such as alpha, group or numerc.
How to dial using the address book
NOTE
• When usng [Montor], press <FAX> and press "Fax" tab on the Fax standby
mode.
• Connect the optonal handset or an external phone to your machne to make a
phone call.

Press <FAX> to dsplay the Fax standby mode.

Lft the handset. Or press the "Fax" tab, and then [Montor].

Specfy the destnaton.
A. Numerc keys
Press the numerc keys to enter the destnaton number.
B. Address Book-1
(1) Press [Address Book].
(2) Use the numerc keys or [
(3) Press [Enter].
C. Address Book-2
Specfy the destnaton usng the address book.
