Sending faxes to an e-mail gateway

Set the document.

Press <Fax> to dsplay the Fax mode screen.

Select the "All" or "Fax" tab.

Press [Others], [Prev], [E Gateway].

Press [ON] and [Enter].

Press [Enter] to dsplay the Fax mode screen.

Enter the fax number.
• Use the numerc keys to dal the number.

• Specfy the destnaton usng the address book. (See page 3-13.)

Press <Start>.
If you specfy the destnaton usng the address book, you do not need to press
<Start>.
The machne wll scan the document.
NOTE
To cancel the transmsson, press <Stop> whle the machne s scannng the docu-
ment. You cannot stop the job when t s transmttng.
